Halleluyer !

After spending  the best part of the week at home with a cough and cold, I was glad at last to get out to the moors again today. I thought this hawthorn looked very expressive of my mood of jubilation, so had to include it. The cold was odd (for me) as it began with the cough that lasted a few days and then turned into a cold (all COVID tests negative). My experience has usually been the cough comes last. Also today to celebrate a return to Dartmoor, a photo as an extra of Cuckoo Rock this morning. I have never seen a cuckoo actually on the rock but you can often hear, and sometimes see them from here. I am looking foreward to the arrival of the first cuckoo!
