International Waffle Day

There is an international day, these days, for almost everything. Some even have more than one day each year. The waffle gets another bite in August when the waffle iron was patented!

Today the sunny weather continued. We had to go into town first thing and the blossom was magnificent everywhere. Later I walked along our road. It has a very wide range of architectural styles. Our 7 year old had a learning walk along this road with his class earlier this week. He enjoyed telling us about it this afternoon in between further fiendish garden badminton.
