this book as part of a book group. It's not comfortable reading but the timing couldn't be more pertinent. In the context of education and the future of work the writer has interesting ideas. The tactics of P&O who have recently sacked their UK based staff to employ agency staff on cheaper contracts is a worrying development. The hell bound flaming shopping trolly appears to be hurtling downwards ever faster.
