Tagine for Supper

When we went for a holiday in Morocco we discovered ‘tagines’, and bought the special dish when we were home again. I do not know if it is the dish, but I suspect it is the ingredients that make it special, but it makes a delicious supper - and reminds us of ‘holidays’!
