Finally! (Fingers crossed)

After Tuesday botched attempt to replace the alarm system, a different tech arrived today who actually knew what he was doing. It didn't take him long at all to get things fixed.
Part of what he did was to tear out the remaining equipment from the old vendor, here is some of it.
The triangular white wotsit could be a hard drive, I hope it isn't locked down preventing me getting into it.I wouldn't mind a free HD.
