Eyeing up the lemon cake …

Our eldest son and L, our eldest granddaughter, have come to stay for the weekend. Granny always ensures that there’s lemon drizzle cake when L comes because it’s her absolute favourite. 

L duly went straight to the kitchen to check out the lemon cake supplies and, when she was given her slice, she sat her Moz the Monster soft toy in the high chair which we keep at the end of the table for when the littlies come. She then proceeded to put her plate and mug of tea in front of Moz and take photos of him on her iPhone, which were then shared within seconds with her school friends … it’s such a different world to when I was her age!
