Turkestan Tulip

A full day in the garden.  The 'lawn' was scarified and all the moss, thatch and grass that came with it was raked up and removed.  The lawn mower was fired up - came alive at the second pull!! - and the grass was cut.  Well, it wasn't so much cut as hoovered up.  I would like to say that, as a consequence, the grass is looking good.  What I can say is the the tulip turkestanica is looking splendid.
