Mother's Day Presents

My daughter, granddaughter and her fiance visited this morning. Today’s picture is of the cardigan that she bought me for Mother’s Day. Victoria bought the tote bag, which is perfect for holding another kitting or crochet project.

After lunch, our daughter visited again, this time with her husband Simon and my grandson Oliver. They could not all visit at the same time as Victoria and Jake had to go home in the early afternoon and Oliver did not arrive from his home in London until almost lunch time. It was great to see all of my family even if it was, as they said, part one in the morning and part two in the afternoon.

Other than the two visits there is not a lot to report except to say I will be watching the Formula One this evening and hoping that there will not be any big crashes.

Noon Today, the temperature now is taken at 1300 hours as the clocks have gone forward. It was cooler today at eleven sixteen degrees Celsius although it was misty for quite a lot of the morning.
