British Summer Time Begins

Another sunny morning. Had remembered to put my bedside clock forward one hour, and by the time I was up showered dressed and breakfasted all the time pieces were done, and that includes the car.

The door bell was rung about 09.30, and a delivery of a lovely bouquet of flowers from no1 Granddaughter. As it is also Mothering Sunday  here in UK. A lovely surprise. Sue arrived around 10am and we went off to Instow, and after hot chocolate for me and  Americano for Sue, and a warmed chocolate brownie for both of us, we took a wander on the beach. Very pleasant.

This afternoon I spent a couple of hours making a start on tidying up the fence hedge bed. Have managed to to do a third this afternoon. So pleased to have made a start.
