Scott Paul Winery - Carlton OR

Today we did a little valley "wine tasting", and while in Carlton, we stopped at Scott Paul's Winery. Such an interesting location...housed in two circa-1915 granary buildings on Pine Street, one block south of Main. The ceilings were repurposed from a building next door. The champagne tasting were special, and his imported burgundys and pinots are the best. I waited a long time for this shot...he's not an easy man to photograph.
