Make it to the church on time

Does the above saying apply to guests?

Because of traffic chaos and nearly running out of fuel in Canterbury we had to drive at 100mph across Kent and practically barge the bride out of the way to get into the church before her, arriving panting and anything but elegantly.

Wedding table themes were sweets. We were rhubarb and custard. Envious of the strawberry bon bon table; not of the pear drop table.

This was the sole picture I took so at least I captured the bride! I made some inroads into that cake and am now suffering from a severe food hangover after eating all these things that weren't available in Asia.

Oh well, one hour until the breakfast buffet opens...
