Long walk, no-one around

It suddenly seemed the day to start walking the Cumbria Way, which I've never done.  It fitted in with Andy's plans to drop me off in Ulverston and pick me up in Coniston, so off I went in the sunshine.  It's a lovely varied walk on mostly well-marked paths through fields, hamlets and bits of Torver Common, ending along the shore of Coniston.  I passed only a handful of people all day until I hit the centre of Coniston.  After 28km (17 miles) I'm not walking tomorrow, I shall leave the next day's trail until another sunny day!
