Keep clear?

Not sure why this house on our road has had this warning painted on the road unless it is to enable unimpeded photographs?!
Much cooler here today. We walked 6 miles this afternoon and saw three heritage railway trains on our route. We noticed most of the carriages were empty and wondered how profitable this line is going to be as its costs continue to rise and interest in this expensive mode of travel wanes?
