Fairground Attraction

The shows are back in town. I can see the big wheel and various other rides from the house but hand on heart I've never been. In fact I can't think of the last time I was at a traditional 'funfair' because I don't really think it's much fun. I have been on rides with the children when they were young at places like Alton Towers. Just to show what a fun mum I am (was). But I like the structure so this is today's blip.

Another beautiful day but the final one, I believe, of this lovely spell. The sky is blue, the blossom is out, the birds are singing and the washing is on the line. My little grandson is on his way. I'm taking him into town today to buy him his summer shoes. I think he'll still be needing his boots for a wee while yet though.
