Cake disaster

I decided to make a chocolate truffle cake today…. Then I dropped it as I was trying to get it out of the tin. Mr D very kindly pointed out that it looked like a cow pat, but I think it looks a bit like a sculpture of a head :-) I told Mr D that he didn’t need to eat it if he thinks it looks like a cow pat, but he said he didn’t mind suffering to support my cooking efforts. That’s a shame as it tastes delicious and I would happily eat it all.
