Glorious Tuliips

We bought these beautiful tulips as bulbs in a pot from Staunton Harold Garden Centre a month of so ago.

I'd gone into the conservatory to sit in the sun. Len came through and said, 'Given the weather forecast, should we bring the tulips in?' I'd seen them beginning to bloom a few days ago but hadn't realised just how much they'd grown. They're standing proud now.

And in two days, sleet is forecast. Bit of a difference from this sunny afternoon.

Covid diary: not as knocked out as I was yesterday but not strong either. 

I finally had a shower and  hairwash.
