Sunny monday

A nice start to the week. Sunshine and coffee with daffodils.. 
Started of by sowing my sweet peas.  I am always rather later than most people to sow them but so many times in the past they have become too leggy before going outside that really I believe it is better to start them later.  
I failed to blip yesterday but Mothers day was celebrated by seeing friends which was wonderful.  With one daughter in Holland and the other on her boat it was good to have an outing to friends on a new narrowboat followed by a boozy lunch within walking distance to home. We didn't get home till 7 o'clock which just goes to show how much fun we were having!!
