Happy.

Apologies for the rubbish pic. This was my only view for pretty much all of today. I was up all night with a stomach bug ( both ends, simultaneously at times) and ended up taking my first day sick in about five years. I dozed my way through to about 6pm and then moved to the sofa. Where I've stayed. The cats have been in their element, although I was lying sideways on the bed at one point as they'd taken up all the space.

I have an all day training session I should go to tomorrow. If I'm not up to it I won't go but it will be frustrating to miss it as it's part two of three courses I need to complete by the end of April.  We'll see.  I have managed to eat and drink something this afternoon and so far so good.
