Silk And Flowers

My daughter kindly bought me a grey mulberry silk pillowcase for Mothering Sunday. She knows that I've been having skin, scalp and hair loss issues which are common in women of my age. One of the unique benefits of mulberry silk is that it is 100% natural, odourless and hypoallergenic. Mulberry silk contains a natural protein called sericin that reduces the possibility of an allergic reaction. What luxury! Not the sort of thing I usually go for but so sensuously smooth to slip off to sleep on. I've photographed the pillowcase with some of the blooms from a bouquet sent by my son who lives in Spain.
