Max went down to Brighton to get Gill out of hospital and back to her house today.

I’ve had a quiet day resting and watching TV, managed to go for a walk.

Zebedee and Natalia looked after me, made my lunch and my dinner, Nat and I watched a movie while Z was at the gym.

I’ve had a headache for most of the day…

Tomorrow I get my dressing changed again!
