I visited my Mum late morning and helped her with lunch, played some of her favourite music including Elton John. Mum does not talk much now , but she enjoys holding hands and company.
I put on Upstairs Downstairs on the tablet for her to watch . She seemed to like it.

I was back teaching yoga in the evening at a local community centre. It was lovely to see everyone after a week off .
