Back at the ROH!
Took Carys to the opening night of the new triple bill. Not massively enamoured with the new Kyle Abraham's piece, The Weathering, but enjoyed Solo Echo by Crystal Pite, the second time I have seen it now. We both loved the final item which was Christopher Wheeldon's DGV. It seems the cast love it too as we caught many of them at Stage Door and they were all buzzing and happy to really stand and chat Carys also managed to get Dame Monica Mason and Chris Wheeldon to sign her book. We both got a hug Gary hug, which is always lovely and Téo came out of stage door for the first time since lockdown and had a really long chat with Carys. He has had six months of rehab since snapping two ligaments on one ankle in rehearsal and then breaking the other falling off a curb! He couldn't believe how tall Carys was now. On the way home she told me Téo would be a perfect PDD partner! Still has big dreams my girl.
