New shoes

Except for sneakers (which I buy as soon as the old ones wear out), I only buy a pair of shoes about once every five years. This time I think a decade has passed, so I bought two pairs, only one of which is pictured. The prices are horrifying, and the process is tedious:,I visited four stores, including a giant department store, which drove all desire to purchase anything out of me. But then I found these ankle boots in a small store in my neighborhood. Whew! All set for another decade.
