Started with a cold and sore throat last night - Covid test this morning proved negative - so walked along the canal with seven other Bus Pass Walkers from Bingley to East Riddlesden Hall - where we partook of refreshments - espied this embroidery in the cafe - did my best to aid the conservation stitching work - had a scone - albeit a cheese one - was sew good
