Home fire

We spent a lot of time in the council office this morning arranging for Polish documents for the Ukrainian family. This will allow them to get medical care and the right to work or go to school. Then we went to town to do some clothes shopping as they did not bring much with them.
Then mother got news of her town bombing destroying a large building and killing 20 people. Her brother is a rescuer and is now digging the ruins.
We had a cry and then we had to get on. Got to be positive, cannot cry all the time. They are safe and together.
