Sagres Fort - and a View towards Cape St Vincent

Right at the Western end of the Algarve is the town of Sagres which is host to this fort. There's this defensive wall, but not much more inside other than a fine walk around the headland and splendid views. Turning the camera round to the right from this position, you have, via the extra photo, a panorama from the beach below (lots of surfers) all the way over to Cape St Vincent in the distance.
