Finishing Touches

Today was taken up by the chaps putting the finishing touches to the cabinet.  We are all very pleased with it.  I'm looking forward to seeing it full of lots of interesting items.

The weather here has been very pleasant.  No coats needed.. I suspect tomorrow may be different. 

I watched the service for the Duke of Edinburgh today.  There were some interesting touches but I am left wondering what the point of it all was.  What did it achieve?  I am glad the Queen was able to be there but I was rather uncertain about her choice of escort...
