Sleepless night, busy day

And therefore a hasty spring garden blip.

Another very unsettled night... and then I picked Frieda up at 8. She was delighted to see us both, and fortunately she was quite tired herself, having been up in the night too. We seem to be in the middle of our own family mini-epidemic of sleeplessness :-)

On the plus side, Richard and I managed to pace ourselves and to take turns with Frieda during the day. I was able to take an early afternoon nap, a godsend. Hoping for a more restful night tonight.

I see that Partygate fines are on the way finally. Also that a determined group of MPs and peers is mounting a legal challenge to the govt's refusal to publish or address the report into Russian interference in the Brexit referendum and in UK politics more generally. Fingers crossed...
