The Tiniest Flower...!!

One of them in my garden anyway....(Elephants Ear)...Bergenia is not my favorite plant but I do like these tiny pink flowers....!!

Well, disaster has struck....in the form of Covid of course, there’ll be no trip to the UK this weekend ....our Son has had 2 positive tests today...he hadn’t been feeling great the last two days but thought it was just a head cold...however he felt a little worse this afternoon..sore throat etc..and did the tests.....he has been with us all weekend even last evening...so if we don’t get it, it will be miraculous.
He is a junior school teacher and it is absolutely impossible to avoid it in schools here with the lifting of mask wearing and all restrictions.
We feel fine for the moment anyway, and I’ve just had a negative test but this particular hybrid variant is very, very contagious so we’ll just have to wait and see...
Our daughter is disappointed of course but would prefer we didn’t travel as if we got sick there over this weekend it wouldn’t be good...so I’ll just defer flights and accommodation and go later on...
Such is life ...these things happen...and there is so much worse going on just now..!!
