Signs of Spring

 
The garden is buzzing with bumble bees, the earliest I have ever seen them, and the attraction is our Pieris shrubs, or Forest Flame, where they are feasting on the white lily of the valley type flowers.
 
Hopefully they are not premature brought out of their winter hibernation by the recent spell of warm weather because we are in for a drop in temperatures for the next fortnight.
