Another mug

I think we are getting quite good at travel mugs, this one is up there as one of the best not the best though, that is my trusty Stanley travel mug. 

Yes, it's Tuesday, it's a London day and I have failed in my blip.

A productive day, lots of talking, wrote a paper to support something I've been asked to do and somehow got quite a bit done. Aside from my run, which is annoying. 

Today I'm grateful for:
Getting a cat sitter lined up for a forthcoming trip away, it was starting to have potential to put a spanner in the works!
Great 'get things done' chats
