Every Puff Counts

I was heading into the hospital today for a checkup. I have been having a bit of a problem with my breathing since before Christmas. One of the big things in my favour is that I am not a smoker. It is not because I didn't try them but as a kid they made me puke up. I come from the era where smoking was the norm. My older brother smoked for years before giving them up. My mam died of lung cancer. Some people can smoke their heads off into their ninties without a bother. Others are not so lucky. I am not anti-smoking either but I don't like to see younger people smoking because I think it is an addiction that is difficult to give up.
