Tiny Houses

Every year (pre COVID) Off Center Community Arts Project held a "Tiny House" auction fundraiser.  Artists constructed little houses, donated them to the cause.  All the little houses (50-70) were displayed on tables on the 2nd Floor of a local gallery where patrons were free to roam and just look, or enter a bid in a silent auction.  The highest bidder when the bell rang got to take home that particular house or houses, as the case may be.
