Bloomin…

…freezin’!
We had quite heavy snow this afternoon but it hasn’t really settled.
I went out to sweep the yard earlier but didn’t last long as my fingers froze.
Then it rained then the snow.

Frank has been negative for a few days now but he’s feeling so washed out and keeps falling asleep and also when he tries to play piano or other music he can’t concentrate or focus on what he’s doing. 

The news on Ukraine is already falling behind on the news, yet placed are still being shelled and people are still suffering and starving. It seems to be taking ages to get refugees into the UK. Has anyone heard of any arrivals?
We registered when it went live but have heard nothing. :-/

Winter’s Back!

the spring flowers are in full bloom
and looking rather showy
the trees are laden with blossom
but it’s cold out there and snowy
so it’s on with the thermal undies
and light the stove once more
batten down the hatches and 
let’s hope there’s a speedy thaw.

Time for a bit of telly!
