Making a mess

I thought I was making art.
Ellie thought I was making a blood bath.

We had a local Vicar with us at our assembly today, one who is a recent addition to the area but who I already adore.

He told us, when discussing a Pepsi logo for the assembly, that he gave up Coke in 1981. Such an exact date demanded an explanation. Then, as the Starbucks logo came up, he told us that he hadn’t drunk coffee since 1987. Again, another explanation was required. I’m pleased with the quirkiness of this wonderful Vicar’s recollections.
