I had a real treat today as I had been given a voucher for a pedicure at Christmas and today I went along to have it done.  I had never had a pedicure before, quite different from chiropody, and it was fantastic and my feet feel new.

Tonight we were invited out to dinner by an old (very old) friend who is celebrating his 91st birthday.  He was in good form and we had a lovely evening.  The food was nice, although I did think the standard had dropped somewhat since the last time we were there.
