Pumpkin

This is the last of this year’s harvest of pumpkins - and we are reluctant to cook it! It is only small - and will not produce much sustenance … so it sits in the vegetable basket until we are desperate for just a little more variety in our vegetable intake!! I guess their is not much ‘flesh’ inside?
