Round 2

Woke up at 4:12 am to emergency alert on our phones. Tornado warning, high wind alert, lightening, and heavy rain. Thankfully we did not get hit, in fortunately a tornado did hit about 25 miles south of us. Praying for those affected. The rain did not stop all day, making it that much worse for those trying to recover. No injuries that I have heard about.
This batch of limoncello is thanks to a friend that brought lemons she picked while in Palm Springs. This one in 100 proof vodka. All in the name of science, varying the alcohol used to extract the lemon. So much more juice squeezed from fresh lemons.
