Glorious daffs

Did we just plant hundreds more daffodils last year, or is it a factor of the weather ?

I know I planted lots and lots and many seem to have come up together (and some flattened by rain which made them ideal for indoor appreciation.)

I went over to Elford this morning, luckily in a bright spell rather than snow flurry. I don’t remember their daffodils as beautiful as this year, and there seemed to be lots and lots appearing along the verges.
