I’ve just seen a face

We are being encouraged by Ingeborg to blip an abstract to support youoregon1 who is undergoing treatment for glioblastoma. He started the abstract challenge some years ago. 
Ingeborg asks what inspires our abstract shots. I usually try to do an ultra close shot of some natural material or texture, mainly because I don’t have the photoshop skills to do twirly whirly  shots or polar coordinates or all that clever stuff.
This is a newly  emerging leaf of some sedum in the garden. Or is it a stone Easter island statue head reclining at 45 degrees?
