The Old Sheep Dip

I had a lovely day with my sister despite the cold wind and snow/sleet showers. We mainly ate, drank and nattered.
We went to Winkle Street which is a tourist attraction in Calbourne. Our paternal family lived in this area of the Island and as children we spent a lot of time playing by this water. The cottages are of the ‘chocolate box’ style. Now largely used as second homes and let out to visitors. Such a shame.
