Spring blossoms again

Today was so cold, it was 4C in the late morning compared to 19C last week! We had one or two small snow flurries today and the wind was Arctic.

After walking Xena I went to the hairdresser, it feels and looks so much better to have my hair done. By the time I got back from the hairdresser it was after lunch time, so I had a quick lunch and then started on my mountain of ironing.

The sun came out after lunch so I went off to photograph these blossoms, they  always make a good show every spring, but it was so windy they were blowing about so it was not really a good day to do this.

We had planned to go to Norfolk tomorrow for the weekend but as it is so cold and windy we are having second thoughts about just how pleasant walking on the beach will be - we will decide when Gavin gets home from work tonight. 

Since I got back from Harris and Lewis on Monday I have not had any time to edit my photos, and now I really want to get on with that. I don't like to leave the editing too long after the event as I like to do it when I have the scene with the colours and light still fresh in my mind.
