A lovely sunrise for the last day of the month.

I saw the eye surgeon today - I had the stitches removed from my right eye. I knew there were stitches, but naively thought they were inside my eyeball. So I was horrified at the thought of having them removed while I was awake. Well they were, of course, inside the upper eye lid. I felt nothing as they were removed....whew! My next op is on April 19th when the new lens will be inserted into the eye and I will be able to see properly again. I have to say I have coped quite well with one eye but it will be good to have two!
