Crochet Kindness.
Today I went to see the MSK Team to hear what can be done to help the pains I'm getting.
I saw a lovely young man who had me bending here & there, standing on 1 leg at a time, pushing & pulling him away as he held my legs; sounds funny writing it down. LOL! He pressed the area's I said were painful & is referring me to get Physio as he thinks walking isn't the answer & neither are painkillers. He thinks the pain in my arm & shoulder is to do with my Tendons.
I then popped to get said painkillers etc & that's where I spotted this knitted Postbox hat; isn't it lovely. :)
