Mad March winds and April showers

A day of mixed seasons... Spring temperatures (at last) though it still looks pretty much like winter - no leaves on the trees here yet. April showers with very wild, gusty winds battering down the poor daffs that have only just started to flower.

Not very pleasant outside in the wind, so the gardening's been put on hold again. On the plus side, it means that I've sorted out the huge pile of papers in my "in" tray...
