It's what you wear that counts

Today I went for the first part of my volunteer training at Audley End House. I was hoping to blip a photo of me in my costume. I have the photo but we were asked not to post them until the project has launched in the coming weeks. My costume is amazing....wait and see!

So my EB for today is another photo where what you wear takes centre stage. 1969 I was working at Imperial Chemical Industries HQ (ICI). Women in the company were given permission to wear trousers to work for the first time. Im 3rd from the left as we ran along the Embankment at Millbank looking overjoyed!. Unbelievable to think up until then it was skirts or dresses only in the office!
