Bleak Wilderness

If you gaze off to the south across the vast wilderness of the Jamison Valley, this is what you see between the hills on either side. The atmosphere is truly bleak. It has rained today (no kidding) and will doubtless rain again before dark. What is more, it is bitterly cold. Just quietly, I think we are in for one doozie of a winter.
