Pork
Pork with dijon mustard-cream sauce, roasted golden beets, and lima beans. Wine: Louis Latour Marsannay 2018.
I was going to do a spice-rubbed and roasted pork tenderloin, but I changed my preparation plans after deciding on tonight's wine. It was delicious and paired well.
