White flowers

There was a pretty bad storm this afternoon. I was working, and my phone screamed at me that there was a tornado warning. A warning! That means a tornado is on the ground, not just ripe conditions for one.

Jill said there was hail in Frostburg, but we just had heavy rain and some wind here. The tornado might not have been an actual tornado. Apparently the weather people in Washington eyeball the situation via radar and make the call for safety. There is no ground-level radar here because of the hills and valleys and the low population density, so they have to make guesses.

I wanted to ride my bike for the first time in months, but then this quick, intense storm happened. Someday!
