Ducks, Tea, and Cake

Hooray for sun! We (my parents, grandma, and I) made the most out of the afternoon sunshine today and took a drive to locate a place where we could find afternoon tea. How very British.

The little guy above (and his fellow ducking siblings) were looking very cute in the lake at the place where we ended up. To be honest, I think they were trying to look as cute as possible in the hopes of getting fed. I really like the reflection and the water drops you can see on the duckling's back in this photo, but the focus could be better, I think.

We enjoyed lemon drizzle cake and copious amounts of tea, sat in the sunshine. A very welcome revision break.
